• Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Products must have all brand labels attached.

•Claims for damaged products must be communicated within 24 hours of receipt.
Please check your purchases immediately upon receipt.

• The cost of returns
must be paid by the customer.

• We reserve the right not to refund money if the
return of products does not meet the terms of the Returns Policy.

Once a buyer has made a purchase and the seller has received the payment, we cannot reverse the transaction. Buyers should be certain about their purchases on Sneakerdogg as all sneaker sales are final. If the item still has the Sneakerdogg Verified tags on, we suggest selling it through our consignment scheme.
