Since the majority of sneaker purchases are made from private sellers, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for these items. Once a buyer has made a purchase and the seller has received the payment, we cannot reverse the transaction. Buyers should be certain about their purchases on Sneakerdogg as all sneaker sales are final. If the item still has the Sneakerdogg Verified tags on, we suggest selling it through our consignment scheme. For more information, contact us on Instagram @sneakerdogg or via email at info@sneakerdogg.com. In some special occasions, you may request a voucher for a future order or a refund excluding delivery costs by emailing info@sneakerdogg.com. All returned items must have labels intact and attached.
